1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Men Built Through Fitness ("MBF", "we", "us") services, including the website at mbflockin.com and the Vault application at system.mbflockin.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. THE SERVICE

MBF provides a behavioral fitness system including the Lock-In Protocol (free 7-day entry), Get Started (free diagnostic), Momentum membership (paid subscription), and related tools for nutrition logging, workout logging, and accountability.

3. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Momentum membership is billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout. See current pricing at checkout. Founders pricing is locked for life at the rate stated when you joined.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the service, upload harmful content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Proof photos must be your own and appropriate.

6. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

MBF is not a medical service. The information provided through our platform, including nutrition targets and workout suggestions, is for informational purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MBF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
